Strive for unconditional kindness. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Notice the feeling that arises through an act of kindness. Do it for you, if not for others. Do it for others, if not for you. In the end, there is no difference. Walk the path of everyday kindness and this truth will be revealed.
Strive for unconditional forgiveness. Forgive without reason. Notice the feeling that arises when you forgive. The ego will rationalise resentment but it is you who suffers, not the other. Forgive for your sake. Forgive for the sake of others. In the end, there is no difference. Walk the path of forgiveness and this truth will be revealed.
Strive for unconditional love. Love everything. Love the good. Love the bad. Be loving towards others. Be loving towards yourself. Notice when you are not being loving and recognise that it is the ego acting out. Then love the ego because it is just being what it is. Ask divinity for help and it will help. Stay receptive and open to the help in whatever form it comes. Love everything and all you will know is love.
I live the path of devotional non-duality as originated by Dr David R Hawkins. He has written many books perhaps the most practical of which being; Letting Go. On audible, there are many recordings of his lectures available to listen. For those new to his work I recommend the one titled “The Highest Level of Enlightenment”. Through Hawkins, I learnt to live my life as a prayer; being the teachings, surrendering my wilfulness and praying for Divine Grace to reveal the will of God. It works like a champ. PSYCH-K® is a great tool that supports the journey back home to where the love never ends.
Kicking back the podcast with Melonie Taylor, this week we cover how we can use guilt and the not-so-nice to be in states as a catalyst for joy. Melonie offers some amazing insight into how our body and biochemistry changes moving from guilt into joy.
