This space is here to nourish self-compassion, acceptance, understanding, and a deeper sense of freedom in your life. It’s a space where you can talk about anything you would like in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Sessions are like a warm cup of tea/hot-chocolate (or whatever your favourite warm drink is) that helps tend to parts of yourself that could use some compassion, healing, and kindness. The different kinds of topics that tend to be covered in a session are:

  • Inner Child Healing

  • Safely exploring and healing traumatic memories

  • Identifying and transforming limiting sub-conscious beliefs

  • Identifying and transforming the emotional roots of physical health conditions

  • Nurturing a deeper sense of self-trust and inner confidence
