Anger essentials

  1. Take Responsibility for the feeling. If you didn’t have anger within you then you wouldn’t experience it. The external situation is just acting as a trigger for what is already within.

  2. Ignore thoughts and images. When the feeling changes the thoughts will automatically and images will automatically change. When you’re not hungry, you don’t think about food.

  3. Focus on the feeling itself by going to the sensational experiential level. What are you actually experiencing? Become friendly with these sensations.

  4. Let go trying to change anything about what you’re experiencing. If it still bothers you then you know there is more to let go trying to change. When you truly let go trying to change anything, the frustration will be gone.

  5. Let it flow. The method is to release the energy behind the anger by allowing the energy to naturally flow. Let it change at its own rate and be happy with whatever you are experiencing.

 

To be an emotional master first you take full responsibility for the way you feel by recognising that it's coming from within. Externalities can only ever trigger already-present inner feelings. Then, it becomes a matter of being willing to feel the way you feel by letting go of the unwillingness to feel the way you feel.

 

Unifying with feelings

When you are bothered by an itch on your nose, it bothers you. When you are happy with the itch it passes very fast. Same thing goes for every feeling. If you don’t want it there, it bothers you and stays. If you’re happy with the feeling and embrace it as it is, the feeling passes quite rapidly. That’s the key. Let everything be as it is by letting go of the insistence on it being different to what it is. Then you will know peace and joy.

What is love?

“Love is misunderstood to be an emotion; actually, it is a state of awareness, a way of being in the world, a way of seeing oneself and others.” — Dr David R Hawkins

Love is what you are, not what you do or have. It is a commitment to being a certain way in the world. It is prioritising kindness above non-kindness, compassion above non-compassion, and forgiveness above resentment. Unconditional love is when you are this way without exception. You can read words however it is more powerful to really see it or be in the presence of true love. That is what my encounter with Fran Grace, the author of THE POWER OF LOVE, was like. Honesty

You can always choose to use every life experience as an opportunity to grow in humility, kindness, understanding, love, and acceptance.

Right now, you can take totally responsibility for how you experience life and make a powerful inner commitment to use every life experience as a vehicle for letting go of the obstacles to being your most joyous self; the one who is unconditionally kind, forgiving, and compassionate. Letting go of judgment via understanding

  1. The judgment of anything is an opinion arising from a certain point of view with certain belief sets.

  2. It is not needed and is an intellectual vanity.

  3. Accurate judgment requires total awareness of all factors that led up to something. That led up to you being the way you are. That led up to some seeming seemingly tragic situation.

  4. With total awareness of all factors, judgment melts away and its place arises the peace of understanding.

  5. It is possible to live life with no judgments or opinions about anything. To search for the truth and be free of any need to place judgment upon anything.
